Established in 2018, Desert Winds of Cave Creek, LLC offers a fresh alternative to typical canvas and metal art by incorporating recycled and natural material found in the desert.

My artwork takes a very tactile view of our incredible Arizona origins and landscapes. I am inspired by the desert views from my Cave Creek backyard and the pine forests of the Mogollon Rim.
While I use a variety of materials and processes in each art piece, my methodology focusus on a multimedia layered collage approach with a paper foundation. The subject matter of my works determines the materials and forms each composition. The works contain a variety of different organic materials including hand-crafted paper pulp, repurposed leather, found metalwork, herbs, etc.
My goal is to give each art piece dimension and to enhance the connection I feel with my environment. I encourage everyone to experience Arizona through my art.
